Peter Letherman, CCIM

 Pete Letherman started his commercial real estate career in 1995, shortly after receiving his degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. 

Licensed in both Indiana and Michigan, Pete specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and investment properties located in North central Indiana and Southwest Michigan. 

In 2000, Pete earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. 

In August of 2012 Pete became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, a leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. 

  He has also served on the leadership team for the IN/KY Chapter for five years completing his term as president in 2020. 

Pete is a fourth generation realtor and his sales transactions exceed one hundred million dollars. 

  Cassy Eby joined Afton Keyser in February of 2022, as Marketing Administrator. In this role, she manages marketing and research while continuing to grow Afton Keyser’s brand recognition and direct marketing strategies. 

Cassy comes to our team from the RV industry where she gained experience in website and database management, branding, and coordinating promotional materials.

 She graduated from Manchester University in 2017 with a degree in marketing and later earned her real estate broker’s license in 2022.
