Licensed in both Indiana and Michigan, Pete specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and investment properties located in north central Indiana and southwest Michigan.
In 2000, Pete earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
In August of 2012 Pete became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, a leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
He has also served on the leadership team for the IN/KY Chapter for five years completing his term as president in 2020.
Pete is a fourth generation realtor.
